    Contacted Allied Mobility in November regarding a new wav as my disabled daughter has out grown our existing wav. The salesman told us they had plenty of stock as they "took delivery of 400 units" before the availability crisis and i could have a vehicle by the end of January. Drove 50 miles the following week to meet the salesman for a test drive to be told that stock was a bit difficult. I decided i'd have the vehicle I tested. He rang back two weeks later to tell me it would be 9 months wait. He said I could have a nearly new wav but i'd have to sign up with Allied just to be on a waiting list and unable to have a vehicle from anybody else. Contacted another supplier who were happy for me to be on their waiting list for a nearly new wav without signing up with them. Allied are being unscrupulous with the desperate.

    I wish to thank the team at Allied Mobility, from start to finish the experience has been pleasant and everyone has been really accommodating. We hired a vehicle to allow us to take my father on trips whilst we were on holiday in the UK which we have never been able to do. Hiring an accessible vehicle allowed my dad to have a holiday as well as ourselves! Will definitely use this service again.

    Although we didn't go ahead with purchasing a vehicle from Allied Mobility; we were very impressed with the sales side. Rob was very knowledgeable and helpful, bringing with him a colleague and second car for us to try at home. He took his time in making sure my mother, in her wheelchair, could safely access the vehicle. He was very patient and put me at ease, driving a different vehicle to what I'm used to. Excellent sales experience.
