        You have to be proactive when making a collection here otherwise you'll be waiting ages, I'd booked in and waited 40 minutes before going back to the office then someone directed me to the weigh bridge across town. I was required to get weighed at a scrap yard 5 or 6 miles across Coventry before getting loaded, then go back to get loaded, then back to get weighed off then back again to get the paperwork sorted.
