        Claric Legal Services acted for us in the sale of our business. Richard is very easy to deal with. Very fair and pragmatic. His advice was always balance, clear and concise. There was no money-wasting by insisting on writing (and charging for) a letter, every time we interacted, nor any other signs of 'pushing-up the bill': We discussed, Richard listened and advised; we agreed what we each had to do and by-when; then he/we summarised in writing, and then got on with it. I am certain this saved us a significant amount of time, cost (and stress). I thoroughly appreciated the professional service received and would happily re-use and recommend Claric Legal Services.
