Anybody having problems with Keoghs should contact the financial ombudsman. Person crashed into my car and wrote it off while I was out the country and admitted complete fault. Yet for some reason it takes Keoghs months to take any action at all, a chimpanzee could run a better company. They will fob you off, they will refuse to speak to you and try to claim it as some bogus legal reason (there is zero legal reason for them to refuse contact with you). Keoghs are to be avoided like the plague, if I were in a position to do so I'd be investigating this company for bogus practices.

Sat on a claim for months and wont speak to anyone about it. Unhelpful staff. Cause misery to normal working class people whilst they are busy popping champagne. Why AXA let them handle their claim is beyond me.
