        Very unprofessional. I have had a medical negligence from my GP. I was diagnosed with condition last year and they never referred me for treatment but this Solicitors claim I don't have a case. I clearly have but the issue with Solicitors is that they rather look to money that can be made rather than helping another human being. I hope I find a Solicitors with integrity and heart. Wasted my time and Kirsten didn't even have the audacity to email me back, she just waited until I chased her up.

        Finally closed my case thanks to bstj ever so warm and friendly really professional couldnt of asked for a better solicitor he made sure I got what I deserved Im not the best understanding big words and he made sure I understood everything

        I was recommended to use BTTJ by my local mortgage broker and I'm very happy with the conveyancing that they provided for my house purchase. Solicitor was Simon Grindlay and legal secretary was Tyler Wilson. Very grateful for an in-person 90 minute meeting with Simon as well to go through all the searches and other paperwork and get his advice. Communication and responsiveness to queries was good throughout. Would definitely use them again.
