Weekly pay? Not a chance. They don't process your payroll for a minimum of two weeks.
Office never answer phoneline.
Mess you around with pay and departments blame it on each other.
Horrendous communication between management supervisors and general staff.
Need to hold staff meetings so staff can voice their concerns and weeks targets, tasks and deadlines can be discussed periodically.
