Service and a repair all booked in easily. Reception staff and Steve Dunn the Service advisor were all polite and efficient. Everything handled professionally and my XE was diagnosed and fixed after the Service was completed. The car was nicely valeted for collection. Great job. Your lounge is nice too, particularly when I needed to wait for my owned organised lift. Thanks all. Philip Jeary

Very helpful staff. Customer service here is always as expectedexemplary! Owning a Jaguar isnt just about the drive, it must include the after sales and Jaguar Synter Coventry hit the boxes each time Ive visited. Plus decent cuppa and biscuits when waiting for work to be completed with texts to inform you of stages. Looking forward to next service, not the cost but the free food :-)
