DJM Exteriors Ltd

We had DJM exteriors (David Matthews) render the outside of our property. When he completed the work he provided a signed 10 year guarantee. Less than 8 years into the guarantee, the render began peeling off. We contacted Dave immediately, and he refused to honour the guarantee stating that the render had failed because of a "design fault" with the property. We disputed this, and since then he's told countless lies and generally been unprofessional. It took us several months to even get a simple apology. I would strongly advise anyone who reads this to avoid using DJM exteriors. The work won't last, and any guarantees they provide will not be worth the paper they are written on.
