Brose Limited Coventry

I visited Brose for a site tour. The facility is excellent with state of the art equipment and a high focus of quality, lean manufacturing methods. The staff I met were very knowledgeable and friendly!

There rate of people starting then leaving in weeks is 8 out of 10 as this firm does not care about quality of products or the care of there employees it's seems they only care about the profit of the company the training is nil

Disgraceful management who are incompetent and use a blame culture. Do not know there own processes let alone have control of them. Im sure if their customers knew how this company operates they would immediately lose their contracts. All skilled staff who had a good knowledge base of their role have now left due to the new management style introduced by the new managing director. This unfortunately has left brose in an unstable position which puts additional pressure onto the existing less trained and less skilled staff. Very disappointing as before the new management take over, this was an amazing place to work and build your career. Shame on Brose!!!
