i am really disapointed with there service and i have been ringing thm for the last several mounth for them to do my backyard and they still ain't done a thing

Liars and cheats from my experience they are more keen to support a outside agenda then support me.While I continue to pay them rent on my tenancy. But there are a few other places going or have been through the same. Even the receptionist thinks shes entitled to something out of ths. But Im sure she wouldnt mind her husband kicking off for any reason . With All the discrepancies in this block.

Very rude worker. Parked his van on are private drive so he could go into town. When he was told it was private, he just said it was none of my business what he was doing and refused to move it.

Ive been bidding for nearly 2 years, have received many, MANY offers and yet i still havent secured a property. The system, in my opinion, is disgusting. The "offers" say, "You have been successfully been included in a multi-offer for such and such in blah blah and you are position 8. To progress this bid you must contact us by 1pm (next day ) and we will then contact applicants in order of position." I used to get excited when i got these texts, now i just get even more depressed because the texts dont mean anything, its just a tease. I literally feel like its pointless. But then there are people who bid a SINGLE time and get the place. Figure that one out. My latest niggle with citizen is how broken their website is. 80% of the time when logging in it doesn't even begin loading, the load bar stays the same and will stay that way indefinitely. Makes no difference closing and opening or restarting phone etc.. ridiculous
