        Zero response to multiple complaints. Zero response to multiple reports of black mould spanning 20 years. Emergency plumber didn't bother to fix anything, he was in a rush to be elsewhere and very open about it... despite water leaking into electrics. "Yeah mate the water is leaking at the bottom"... despite clear signs of it overflowing from the top of the cistern. Orbit were very good at communicating how they were increasing the rent though. Disgraceful treatment.

        I irate Orbit at 3 stars for the amount of time it takes to get through on the phone ..however I rate the staff and the service 5 stars they are very helpful and understanding ..
