Been with orbit my whole life.. What a monster machine bogged down with tick box burocratic junk.. Can never contact anyone or are never contacted about the real issues.. Just junk mail regarding anything trivial.. Money wasters and getting a repair you just get cheapjack paid peanuts people who codge it right up every time.. To say hopeless is an understatement.. To many dossers who want an easy life and not enough pro active types.. Needs a good shake up and the dead wood thinning out.

It's a shame your service staff , don't know how to be polite and use the highway code instead of cutting up others with outright dangerous driving

Worst customer service I have ever come across. Never call back, never apologise or take responsibility. Rarely show up for jobs and when they do the job rarely gets completed without issues, if they do show up they probably didnt actually contact you to make the appointment in the first place so you didnt know they were coming. No communication between departments. Happy to take your money but In no way happy to work with a customers needs. They even closed my utilities down with no reason no contact and I had to contact British gas myself to find out what was going on and they told me orbit closed my account, orbit deny this despite me having evidence from British Gas. Dont take an orbit properly you will regret it.

This housing association is poor dont care about there properties or tenants money grabbers are not the word they stress people out cause trouble allow other residents to cause distress to other tenants dont solve complaints have students that are not qualified to deal with issues let alone be housing officer ive moved to a beautiful house would never return to orbit take others advise stay clear of this company
