After struggling to find a cleaner locally, I was recommended Jo through Nextdoor. Always does an excellent job and makes my life a lot easier every week!

I have ME & I'm due to have a lodger move in, so I thought a cleaning service would be a good idea. I contacted this business owner for discuss having a cleaning service. I was really shocked by her attitude, complete and utter lack of customer service and consideration for other people. We arranged for her to come to visit my home at 12 pm on Sunday afternoon, to enable her to have a look round, discuss what I needed help with & provide me with a quote. She didn't turn up & I phoned her & she didn't answer. She phoned me 45 minutes later. She said she had completely forgotten we had arranged for her to visit, despite it being arranged only the day before. She said she was still in bed when I phoned & didn't have her car at home, as she left it at a friends the night before, as she gone out & had some drinks. We re-arranged the appointment for 2 pm on the same day. She showed up 25 minutes late, riding bicycle, rather than driving her car, having not phoned me to me know she was running late. She looked at my kitchen & my lounge, complained that my fridge/freezer door was dirty, (even though I had made it clear that it wasn't one of the tasks I needed doing) & basically said the job wasn't for her. (Admittedly the lounge was messier than normal. However, I actually told her when we arranged for her to visit, that I have ME & I was in process of rearranging me lounge, but it would be completed prior to me wanting to start a cleaning service.) I've actually previously been a cleaner & a care worker & I would have never treated any of my customers in this way. What's worse is she actually owns the business. She's clearly a very unreliable person, who's very choosy about the houses she's willing to clean. Personally, I would avoid this business like the plague!
