        I used the hotel cafe. I have been using that cafe for some business meetings. Last time when I used the cafe, I asked to the staff if I need to pay for car park. She said I didn't need to pay car park fee. However, I have received 100 parking fee. I told this to hotel via email and phone, they did nothing. Hotel staff told me not to do anything for car park. They are supposed to take some responsibility.
