Fantastic work from Lee and his team. Extremely happy with the finished job thanks to Lee's attention to detail. Professional, turned up when he said he would and extremely knowledgeable, there wasn't any nasty surprises as their quote was bang on. Lee kept us informed every step of the way. A true gem in this trade where professionalism is rare ...I only wish if there is any work in our house and if Lee could do it... We got quotation from Lee and few others for Chimney removal from 2 living rooms and 2 bedrooms that need supported in the loft. Lee was neither the cheapest not most expensive. We decided to go with Lee based on other google reviews and our first meeting where we were impressed with Lee's knowledge and explanation of works. Lee arrived on time on the day promised and completed the work in time as promised.. Lee was prompt to any queries we had as we never had any other experience of building works and asked many questions which Lee responded quickly.. Whole work was carried with perfect planning (Lee invests a lot of time in preparation and respects the interiors and family members as his own), a lot of care in dust management with exhaust fans, proper machines and safety. Lee also does work to perfection and he wouldn't leave anything in mess after works are done or if they are not to his standards (which were definitely higher than what we expected) Lee also was accommodating to our personal situation for which we are thankful to him. Also, Lee can put you with Stuart for plastering who is also as professional as Lee and second to none in his trade I would highly recommend Lee and I believe search should come to an end if you have got Lee's quotation. Lee recently removed a chimney breast over two floors at the front of our property. Always communicated very well and completed all works to a high standard - as well as working tidy throughout. Wouldnt hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone else.
