Clay Lane Health Centre

I have been trying since last week to get an appointment just to follow-up on my blood test results but there were none available at all. They keep on telling me to ring the next day at 8:00 which I have been doing but whenever I manage to get through, after being on hold for 20 minutes or even more, all the appointments had already gone. I dont need a long conversation, I just need them to tell me if my tests are okay or not. This makes me worry about my health even more. Its already been a month since I had this blood test.

Today at 16:00 I had an appointment, I waited an hour, when I asked how long I had to wait, he said he would check and sent me to another person, who carelessly told me that my appointment was canceled and that if I wanted another day, I do not recommend clay lane health center, especially mothers with children avoid this location as much as possible, unprofessional staff (I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews first before going with the child!!!!!

I had an appointment last week I called to reschedule they told me to come on Tuesday 3:10 pm and when I arrived and ask at reception they said there is no appointment on my name. The staff are so rude , the rudest one is the blonde girl with curly hair. So unprofessional.
