As a pensioner & pedestrian who is recovering from serious skull, brain, rib and leg injuries, resulting from being hit by a hit-and-run car driver, I was very anxious about the installation of an additional handrail on my stairs, and grab-rails in the bath/shower. The Trade Squad team coped with my anxiety and were calm, thoughtful and efficient. I'm really pleased with the work they did and Id warmly recommend them - especially to other older/vulnerable, anxious householders who might be looking for a trustworthy business to carry out work for them. I've used trade squad now to do both plumbing work as well as electrical work on my home, and have been happy now with both jobs done. The price point has been excellent, the work done well, and all tradesmen have been great to work with, very clear about how they would like to sort out the work done, and provided good advice. All in all solid handymen in the Coventry area.

Absolutely awful! Asked them to do a job, got a quote, work was carried out and dumped on driveway, eventually removed at the same time the manager turned up at the house. Came in, was rude and decided to increase the price of the job despite previously giving me a range and then adding more to it! Said he would keep coming back for the money, thankfully didnt hear anything from them again. Would not use or recommend, particularly to females.
