I booked an appointment with fantazia for lashes, booked through an online system and all was well, got to the day of the appointment and I was on my way about 10 minutes away from the salon when I received a message telling me that she has double booked my appointment and will have to cancel, I didnt think much of it as everyone does make mistakes until i thought it through and remembered that she uses an online booking system which would therefore make it impossible to double book, after being quite annoyed by this she offered to either do my lashes later on that day or to do them the day after, I was busy at work the day after so asked for her appointment later on that day for her to then tell me that I could no longer have that appointment as she was now closing early as she has made plans with her friends????she then offered again an appointment for the next day so clearly didnt listen to me when i said I am unavailable for that day, i then checked on her booking system to see if she had any appointments for the day after and there was many appointments available so I ask if I could take one of those appointments and she told me yes, until about 10 minutes later she then changes her mind and then tells me shes actually not working that day, then why have it on your booking system, very unprofessional!! I then proceeded to ask for my refund of the deposit, she was ignoring all of my messages for a few days and then finally replied telling me that she will refund me, took her 3 weeks to issue my refund, would not recommend stay away!!!!!!
