Awful, rude staff. Left my Nan in tears after she was waiting for 15 minutes with no explaination and when she asked Julie how long it would be, she told her it would be another 10 minutes. Nan said that was fine and would wait, Julie then told her it would be best if she just went elsewhere. The name of the hairdressers is now Elise Hair Studio they havent updated it on here. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, have heard lots about them being rude and have now seen it firsthand.
