        Great gym and community. A little bit extra then your commercial gyms but worth it to get access to the equipment you need + the music Is better and if its quiet you can pick your own.

        Best gym in Coventry! I started there a few months ago and more than a gym, it is like a small family. Plenty of courses for everyone at any level and the coaches care about you on a deeper level. They really want you to improve and push hard to get the results you want. They're really professional when it comes to teaching and friendly to maintain a really nice environment and classes. Highly recommended!

        Oh what a gem it is! everyone knows everyone, coaches are friendly and happy to help and personal. No pumped-up lads, no egos, members encouraging each other. It's like a community. Loads of different classes. I just love it
