The most incompetents and soulless staff and doctors. They never sorted out my problems, was necessary me to fly in different countries to get medical acces and now I cant even fly because the famous flights problems.I am still waiting more than one year and half for a scan and I am still waiting. They put you always to take paracetamol if you have heart pain for example or if you sufocate. They are indirect killers not medical staff. Plus they never show to you your medical result, never, so you cant take it and go to private with the resullts atleast. I am very bad right now in this moment when I write this and they told me I can get an phone appointment after one week in the situation when I cant breath

I had bad experience with this surgery. Service is awful. Difficult to even get medications prescribed by your hospital consultants. Difficult to make an appointment....she does not refer you to a consultant even if you are extremely in need...just awful....totally useless....

They have a new receptionist who is absolutely hopeless. The only person to speak to to get a problem resolved, well mine at least, is a lady called Angela. Absolutely brilliant and on the ball. Would have given her 4 stars if it wasn't for the hopeless one they have now. Couldn't even get new prescription sorted out.

Very incapable staff. Takes ages to get an appointment and when you finaly have it they give you a paracetamol and bye!!! Also, tried do an urine test via GP and they called me after 1 week saying that they gave me wrong bottle and have to re-do it. Absolutley horrendous and incapable. Basically if you are not on the death bed you are not treated!! Also the receptionist is rude and stupid. Very disappointing, we are paying NI and taxes and we are not able to get medical care. This is medical negligence in all forms.
