Been trying for a long time for an appointment, can't see anyone and won't work the phone calls or clinician appointments around work. I find the whole thing very frustrating. This was once a practice to be proud of, especially when Dr downing was there. How sad when a doctor can pick and choose what patients of theirs they will or will not see, with every excuse given, not one is valid. It's a shame that I now have to find a new practice after being there for 36 years

Think this place is an absolute joke they don't have appointments at all, they don't bother sending prescriptions down even when it's really really urgent bloody joke

it's shocking. how these staff is not professional and being arrogant . the service has been very poor there for almost a year now. I only saw the doctor once for 2 minutes. . I have been suffering from pain for a year. and it only repositions codeine. . that's enough. time to complain to the nhs. such a terrible doctor's office. i will never realize. avoid this GP

Dr Sani and Dr Hassan are always helpful and very experienced. I and my family have been with this surgery for over 10 years. Very pleased. Definitely recommend it to others.
