        I need cream for my bad skin I was told by the receptionist I don't need a prescription you can buy it from the shop , But you can't obtain it from over the counter you need a prescription, The receptionists act like doctors and some are very rude, This situation needs sorting out fast, A very poor surgery I am trying to find a new doctor

        Poor attitude from receptionists. Very rude and abrasive. I was refused a phone consultation during COVID-19 which is absurd! Rushed appointments and consultations.
