        Poor quality furniture and damaged items being sold. They then blame the retailers despite them manufacturing the products and refuse to offer any form of customer service. I understand these things can happen but no after care service despite items being brand new and less than the guarantee age is just terrible service. Manager was very rude when I asked for help and hung up on me several times. The retailers who stock their goods are just as bad tbh. Avoid!
