Amazing Service I chose Henry Ison & Sons because they were a longstanding funeral directors and I felt I would receive a more personal service than the bigger more corporate undertakers, and I was not wrong. Kim at Allesley Old Road branch was just amazing. I lost my husband under tragic circumstances and also had a very tricky family situation, Kim was professional and very compassionate and helped me step by step and made the whole process a lot more bearable. On the day of the funeral Wendy the Undertaker was just as amazing and the drivers too, I was very nervous about how it would go given the tricky situation but Wendy orchestrated is amazingly and everything went smoothly. myself and my dad met with Kim Skerrett to speak to her about taking out a funeral plan as my dad was end of life and he wanted his funeral his way, Kim went above and beyond catering to his every wish, not long after my father passed away and without Kim we wouldnt have known where to start she was the most caring compassionate and understanding person Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting, nothing was to much to ask of her, my fathers funeral and how peaceful he looked was all down to Henry Isons team and more so Kim who made this hard time for us so much better, once again thank you for everything you have done for my father and my family I would recommend you to anyone who ever has to deal with such a heartbreaking time as they will be cared for by you all many thanks Karen x

My Mum has recently passed away and we used Henry Ison as our funeral director. Kim has been absolutely amazing from start to finish and the level of customer service has been first class, the allocated celebrant was also excellent and spent over 2 hours with my Dad preparing for the day. The service went really well and I know my Mum was looked after by the team. I cannot recommend this Director highly enough they have been first class and thanks again Kim for your help in this difficult time
