This funeral service was amazing. They were extremely helpful and had really good communication. They looked after everyone not only on the day of the funeral but every other time leading up, reassuring us they were there for us. We felt we could call them at any time and helped us sort out everything for the day of the funeral. They were respectful and did not rush anything on the day of the funeral and everything was done peacefully and how we wished for it to be. Me and my family are extremely grateful for their service. My Grandad passed away on New Years Eve 2022. This was a very tough time as this was a bank holiday weekend. Our local funeral directors did not have availability until the end of January. I then contacted Harmony who instantly gave us a date we were happy with. I would like to thank Lorraine from Coventry, especially for her professionalism and her support throughout. She was fantastic is organising the collection of grandad from one funeral directors and brought him into their care. They showed true empathy and updated us along every way. We went to dress and wash grandad and we had the best support on hand. Harmonys timing on the day of the funeral were second to none and were very thankful We highly recommend and appreciate Harmony
