Not speaking as a direct customer but thinking this was the funeral director dealing with my friend's mother's funeral I phoned them twice last week to check if it was them and to find out arrangements for flowers, rather than contact my friend at what is already a stressful and distressing time for her. I was told the funeral arranger would come back to me once out of a meeting. No response. Tried again the next day and got through to a call centre rep who apologised for the lack of response and said someone would call me although it might be the next day (day three!) as it was heading into late afternoon. Still no response up to the point of writing this review. For such a long established business I'm surprised at this. Would really put me off using them for any funeral I had to arrange. Response is key in any business, but especially funerals!

Funeral arrangements were easy to understand, all things explained to us. On the day it was lovely and reassuring to have a female undertaker leading the day. She put me completely at ease and explained everything that was happening to alleviate any worries. Thankyou.

Did our mams funeral flowers look like it says NAN n not MAM distressed following hearse to crem with the flowers in hearse then urn we ordered not here yet our mam was cremated Oct 6th now its 20th still not returned her remains to us but a relatively good service

I cannot thank the staff at Grimmett & Timms enough for all of their help, kindness and compassion whilst arranging my Mums funeral recently. This is sadly the second time we have used their services this year but they make what is an incredibly tough time, as hassle free as possible. The staff are all very down to earth, take the time to listen and offer help and suggestions to ensure your loved one is given the best possible send off. Thank you so much to all of the staff but in particular, huge thanks to Karon, Alex and Stacey. Their service was amazing! Cannot fault a thing!

When I went into Grimmett & Timms straight away I felt comfort by speaking to Alex she couldn't have done anymore she was so helpful but the whole company including Louise, John and everyone that was involved, they handled my Dad with dignity and care, so a big thank you.
