Heart of England Co-op Funerals

I have found all staff very friendly & caring with the passing of my mother. They've been with me every step of the way with organising mums funeral. When i've wanted to view mum in chapel of rest, the staff always find the time to make this happen. First we had Chris then we had Jack, both who are very caring & passionate about their job. I do hope in future more families will find comfort in this company

I'd I've liked to have given Ansty Road Co-Op Funerals 0 stars but unfortunately I had to give at least 1. The pain and suffering this place has put my family through is absolutely awful and disgusting! I've had to do all the chasing, I've been lied too and my loved one who passed wasn't treated with the dignity and care she should of had! Thankfully Coop Funerals in Foleshill have taken over the care of my loved one and Jenny there has been absolutely amazing and I can't thank her enough for picking up the pieces but she shouldn't of had too! I will never use Ansty Road again and I urge others to stay clear! I'll be glad once my loved one is finally laid to rest after having to wait 6 weeks to lay her to rest!

We as a family dealt with Chris for the arrangements of my brother. I have to say you'll not find better such a genuine caring person an team from being to end. Ty Chris for everything.
