        Popped in for a ready made bouquet as a last minute gift , didnt realise they needed to be ordered but the lovely lady in the shop offered to make me a bouquet there and then to the amount I wanted to spend. It was an absolutely stunning bouquet and the customer service was 5* plus. Thank you so much

        Called in on the off chance for a celebration bouquet- realistically should have realised in the current climate flowers are bought to order- but after advising me where I could get something similar, Andrea made a beautiful pink bow for me to attach to the alternative! She would not accept payment! What a professional!
