        I have visited Lillie's flowers on two separate occasions to order wreaths one for my father and one for a very close friend on both occasions Kelly as always been very kind compassionate and very professional! Both wreaths have been absolutely beautiful and I can highly recommend Lillie's flowers on Coventry market to anyone looking for a kind caring compassionate and professional service!

        My mum and I approached Lillis florist after loosing my grandad and were welcomed by Kelly, a lovely lady who was both professional but also personable, patient, sensitive and kind. She completely put us at ease going through fine details of the process, giving options as well as advice despite being clearly busy. When compared to another well rated florist we left feeling they didn't care nor were interested. Lillis florist really outshone them going above and beyond, the flowers were beautiful but the service and warmth from Kelly really sealed the deal. Thank so much Kelly and the team for making a hard time more bearable.
