nimbl Pocket Money Card

Absolutely shocking, after cancelling they kept charging me and I only knew of this after logging on to see the accounts suspended. I wanted to rejoin but theyre now saying I owe them over 50 in arrears that is just ridiculous considering the cards havent been used in over 12 months! Awful to be landed with this bill as no communication has been given to say it was owed or they were still charging me!

This is the worst experience ever theres the option of gifting but if too many cards are gifting the account is blocked. I changed my card and used the wrong CV card the account was blocked. Waste of the monthly fee!

We have 2 cards for our kids, they are generally good and it's great you can block the card but one thing you need to know is that once the money is in your Nimbl account you cannot transfer it back out from the app/website

Signed up online but then they said I have to email them 2 forms of photo ID before I could open an account. Obviously I'm not doing that - went with one of their competitors instead

Would not recommend this card. Had it about 4 month. Working fine then in the last 7 days the card as been attempted to be used abroad for the sum of 50 plus pounds on 2 seperate occasions. Tryed to ring to report the issue but number would not connect. So at to turn online spending off and send a message in stead. Appalling security breach for a card you pay a yearly subscription fee on.
