        Karen Crook is the best mortgage advisor I have ever had dealings with. Nothing is too much trouble for her which is very rare nowadays to find someone who takes pride in their work & she does what she says she is going to do. Karen is very knowledgeable & friendly and puts you at ease ... I would recommend that you look no further if you want an advisor who will guide you through the mortgage process and will give excellent service.

She has been excellent throughout the process, providing me with sound advice and answering my many questions as a first-time buyer.
