If the chips are burnt, which they were, and you ask for another portion, you don't expect a bowl of more burnt chips to come out. The scampi was delicious but to pay over 13 for some scampi, a tiny portion of peas and the 5 chips I managed to eat was not really acceptable. I didn't complain further as it was a large gathering and didn't want to spoil it, but if you'd offered a partial refund, a free drink/pudding or maybe even an apology, I'd perhaps not have written the review. Most of the other food did look nice though just a shame that much of mine was inedible.
