Purchased kettle off Ebay, left Ebay and Paypal because of poor quality Chinese stuff! Next thing that happened this kettle stopped turning off and scalded my hand when I tried to pickup by handle after switching off wall. Not had kettle for more than 2 months before it failed.

bought a vacuum cleaner of this company , they delivered a power washer, they wanted me to arrange return of incorrect product, which I reluctantly did at further costs to me. Still have not received refund or costs of sending back incorrect product

I recently purchased 2 fans and garden tools at a very reasonable price and they turned out to be of exceptionally good quality. I will definitely be purchasing here again!

This company should be struck off! Inferior items, cheap and nasty. OK when things go right, but when things go wrong nobody wants to know. Deliberately awkward, refuses to refund even though the items are damaged and I would not buy from this company again at all. I have warned all my friends and family, don't be fooled. The worst seller I have ever experienced.

My husband brought me this knife sharpener from laptronix for my birthday since I enjoy using new technology in my kitchen. The product worked very well, better than my husband expected he said he got it for a very decent price. I decided to look up the website and found a lot of new kitchen appliances I hadn't heard off and began ordering them with the view that I would try them out and return if I didn't like the product....ive kept every single one. I have an egg boiler. donut maker, blender and waffle maker and all the products have worked great.
