Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered A Level certificates in March that were supposed to arrive in 2 WEEKS maximum. I'm still waiting for those. Absolutely no news. Now my university is asking that the exam board directly sends a copy of the grades. I ordered them, paid (bank statement as well saying so) and now my order has been randomly cancelled with no news or refund. It is shameful that an organization as important as an exam board, cannot send certificates around the start of university.
