Denawash

I had dropped my garments to the gentlemen, and already felt off from the get go. He didnt put me at ease that he will be able to do anything and was saying he cant take responsibility if things go wrong. I shouldve walked away at this stage. I also wasnt expecting to pay In full before the work was done, and didnt have my card/ cash on me to do so, I had 20 which I paid as a deposit. So I promised I would pay on collection, or If I can drop in I will drop money off or my husband might be able to do a bank transfer. Its only been 1 week and I have been hounded daily for payment, even though he still has my garments. I explained that I have a small baby and dont always have a car, plus its been snowing all week, but reassured him I can pay on collection, and he is continuing to bombard me with messages and calls. I am yet to collect my clothes and hope there are no marks left like the other reviews say! Never will be using this unprofessional and rude place again. Plus i was charged a bomb! I use Denawash on a regular basis to dry clean suits and wash/press shirts. They provide an excellent service and Mr Adekunle and his wife are two of the sweetest people you are likely to meet.

Ruined a jacket, refused to do anything about it and claimed I was just trying to get a replacement.
