Theory Test Centre

i went to wait for my partner doing his theory exam and sat in the empty waiting room i was then not asked politely to move out of the room and that i cant sit down i explained that im pregnant and cant be stood up for an hour waiting for my partner as it would become very uncomfortable they rudely hesitantly said yes and then i was told by another member of staff i couldnt sit and wait which i then explained again i am pregnant and she began to try to cause an urgument saying it makes no difference she eventually agreed to let me stay but made me feel extremely uncomfortable will not be going back. The service was appalling

I was late 8 minutes. She told me you can't take test. Because your test time is gone. The staff is not good

Absolutely awful place. Dirty, noisy, no respect for anyone else trying to take there test. The toilet had urine all over the seat. The seat was coming off, nothing to dry hands with, the whole place needs shutting down for hygiene reasons. The staff: well what can I say, rude, unhelpful and quite frankly bloody jobsworths! I was 4 mins late due to traffic ( god help me for wanting to drive) and turned me away. She literally said she she didn't care and it's my issue. It's will impact the next session. Even though the gentleman in front of me also had the same time and got let in. Honestly, grace period should be given for people who live far away from the centre. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night with how rude they are. The place is not for it purpose. The room it's self was hot, clammy and they are NOT cleaning the computers/mouse after use. Surprised I didn't pick up qn infection. Overall the place is a disgrace. A formal complaint was given due to all the reasons listed above. AVOID

was late just 5 min. But women doesnt take me and i said its very rainy day but she dont care i said Im coming from nuneaton already. She was extremely rude and indifferent. like a citizen superior to me

Cannot see a Reasons for the bad reviews the building is a little rudimentary but my experience was pleasant enough,the staff were pollite and clear with there instructions
