Just went round to the doctors due to my daughter being really poorly and after she was given steroids yesterday which have had no effect I was told to follow up with the doctors and come to the surgery at the time I was given to find that I hadnt been booked into this surgery but another which was out of my way to get to with my 3 year old. I tried to re book an appointment with the lady in the office who was trying to help the situation, for my doctors on Monday to be approached by one of the office staff listening into the conversation to be told if I didnt like how things were and the services of the doctors then I can change doctors. How rude is that. She dont no me all staff are new in there and Ive tried to explain its took me such a long time to even get my daughter seen in there and that Im having to take her to the hospital to be seen which they keep requesting I see a go and get the referrals she needs for her health. Which later then ended up me going back to the hospital sitting there for ages to be seen and having the Monday appointment now cancelled. Not happy with this new way of trying to get my kids seen by gps its ridiculous
