Please avoid this GP. The doctors is not reliable and the receptionists are very rude. I tried to change GP but couldn't since my address still same.

I can't fault the practice at all, I am a palliative cancer patient and have been a patient of theirs for almost 2yrs, the reception staff are all so lovely, helpful and Dr Khan has been brilliant, he really helps and makes sure you understand everything that's needed. I am grateful to torcross surgery and am glad I registered there.

We are new patient to the surgery on my first visit I find It receptionist are full of attitude Ill see how it goes will raise the issue with the surgery manager if its happens again The both receptionist thinks they own the surgery I was quite shocked I hope owner of the surgery will see my review by the way me and my daughter we had appointment with the nurse Faye yesterday she is lovely Faye you are a five star Bless

Horror experience, suffered for months with continuous cough (1-6hours each night/day), unable to breath properly, suffocating, (undiagnosed asthma) dr Khan ignored my symptoms, his response, it's all normal (another phone call response): "you are speaking to me so you can breath". His attitude has changed when took my husband with my to my appointment. In between I wanted to have another doctor advice, receptionist said this doctor is helping you with your case so you can't change (now I know it's my right to see another doctor).
