        New receptionist VERY RUDE

        Ive been with this surgery for a long time and have previously had good service from them. Haven't had to go since it changed hands, until recently. After I finally got an appointment, I waited an hour to see the doctor ( 40 minutes late going in to see her) . No apologies given for the waiting time. She was very abrupt, spoke poor English so I could hardly understand what she said and she was quite rude in her questioning. At least the receptionist was friendly but think I'll be looking elsewhere.

        The new doctor an Indian woman unhelpful would have had my chemotherapy done much earlier if Hyslop was still doctor
