same blonde head member of receptionist staff . Not only disrespect me and my illness but ranting on at me.i called the other practice after apologising for being late I could not help it I was stuck on a bus but yet I really needed to speak to my GP I had recently lost my mother by 2 months and was suffering really bad obviously she's has issues with me in the past history I told her I don't want to speak to her or hear from her . She then disrespected my dead mother. Come to think of it they destroyed my life I've lost everything. They really did teach me how to hate people the system where you have ask a doctor for permission to eat I am mentally unwell

One of the reception staff at Chace Avenue is incredibly rude and bolshy and acts like she owns the place! I think her name is Tracy. She listened in to my private conversation one day and then started shouting at me! However other reception lady is lovely. I've used Chace Ave and Brandon Rd surgeries all my life and standards are definitely slipping. The older doctors are the best, but unfortunately most of them are retired now, and I find the younger ones are very quick to fob you off. I'm not sure if that's the same everywhere and a sign of the times within the whole NHS.
