Sharleen is extremely rude & has poor customer service skills, I wanted to return a baby stair gate which was the wrong measurements for my stairs & she tried to tell me Im not allowed to return it because I shouldve known the measurements before purchasing it, absolutely regardless of this the Argos T&Cs tell me Im entitled to return it within 30 days in original condition as it was, doesnt mention anything about measurements there, youre an ignorant person who doesnt know the returns policy of where you work & tried go argue with me in front of other customers.

Everytime I use this store I feel discriminated against. I bought something and returned it straight away. I use the one in Rugby they are more customer service friendly

Went for the return the hotspot which is not good product,want to refund but they denied with rude staff, bad customer service. After long discussion they replaced the device but I don't want again the same product which is definitely not good. Don't buy anything from there ,think twice you can't get refund still policy is saying you 30 days but you can't refund.
