Binley Woods Dentistry

My Mum recently attended Binley Woods Dentistry and was seen by Neelam (Dental Hygienist) and Amit (Dentist) Neelam assessed my Mum as she had been experiencing discomfort and pain in her tooth. Neelam was thorough, professional and patient whilst taking the time to ensure the gums where in optimum condition alongside this Neelam was able to remove plaque, impurities and debris that were built up. Neelam ensured my Mum understood by explaining in Punjabi with a calm and assured manner. Amit assessed my Mum to further look into the loose tooth it was decided the best route of action, Amit was professional, courteous and very thorough in his ability to break down and explain to me in English and my Mum in Hindi. Often coming to the Dentist to be assessed can seem a daunting experience, but from start to finish the staff were outstanding, from Michelle (front of house), to Neelam and Amit. With ongoing treatment to take place, my Mum is looking forward rather than facing it with fear. Very much a 5 star experience from the patient.

My 92 year old mother had a tooth extraction today with sunny. The Dentist sunny explained every part of the procedure and did an excellent job. All of the staff are friendly and very efficient and we would not hesitate to recommend the practice .

Ive had the Diamond (air-flow) Polish at the Binley Woods Dental Practice twice now and I love it. It really brightens and revitalises my teeth. I honestly dont want to eat or drink anything for hours because of how clean and fresh my teeth feel after the treatment. I would highly recommend Neelam Kang to anyone considering a professional clean, shes a fantastic hygienist. Thank you Neelam! Also, a lovely patio waiting area too!

I visited Binley Woods Dentistry for an Invisalign consultation. The practice was very easy to find. Immaculate presentation both inside and out - felt at home and at peace. Good to see that they are making sure that the place is not overcrowded whilst COVID-19 restrictions are still in place. The waiting room was very comfortable and the view into the garden was stunning - no doubt it would be a lovely place to wait on a hot summers day. Michelle at the reception was incredibly friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease, and answered any questions that I had whilst providing all the necessary information on the services that are offered at the practice. Definitely knows her stuff! The consultation was quick - once again Dr Nabila was welcoming and did a good job of assessing my teeth and providing me with some advice and guidance on treatment options. I was handed a treatment plan letter which they kindly printed off at reception with a breakdown of all the costs which I found extremely useful. Michelle talked me through the treatment plan to ensure any questions I had were answered. Overall, brilliant service, professional and knowledgeable staff and a very glamorous practice. I look forward to returning in the future for further treatment.
