DPF Assist

Complete Rip off failure to keep appointments, when they do turn up job done in less than an hour. Except that is it..... job isn't done NOTHING is done except faults codes cleared. 25 miles and 250 down the vehicle back in limp mode with a full DPF. The same DPF that this 'shower' apparently cleaned..... so back at square one having been lied too about what has been done. Do NOT use these cowboys. If your gonna get robbed at least enjoy it......... Vehicle now fixed and I have documents proving nothing had been done from this companies visit. Trading Standard is my next stop!!!!!!! ROBBERS!!!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely rip off. Avoid at any cost. I explained my issues with my car on the phone and they said will fix it by adding additive. When the engineer came he cleaned it and said I have to take to local garage and he dont do it on site. I even paid for premium price 298. When complained they said they did what needs to be done and the engineer offered to do it on site which is a blatant lie. My car still shows the warning signs. The company name who did the work is called AUTOASSIST.

full ripp off don't trust there warranty they took from 300 pounds for 45 minutes dpf cleaning and I started to have same issue with dpf blocked and they asked me to do my own diagnostic which cost me more money and the garage advised me that my dpf is blocked and need changing when I got back to them they never covered the warranty and told me it's not dpf fault .
