It has taken me 2 years to write this as it has been too difficult since my dog passed away but I have to. My dog was riddled with Arthritis and I was looking for alternative methods to help him with this, I spoke to the vet that I was at and said that I had looked into Stem cell therapy for my dog and it seems to work wonders, the vet initially was hesitant but me being excited I pushed for it and provide cell therapy sciences and she agreed to go for it with my little guy. My vet did the operation to remove the stem cells but when I got my little guy back, he was unable to walk, crying in pain and a total wreck, I had to take him to another vet as he needed hospitalisation. It turns out that the vet I was going to did not follow the instructions from CTS nor did she even discuss if my little one was a good candidate for the procedure, she just went ahead with it. I called CTS and spoke to Jo I believe and she could not have been more wonderful, she advised that my little guy should have gone to see a specialist to find out if he was a suitable candidate, she found me a wonderful specialist (Hamilton) and I took the little guy there. It turns out he was not a suitable candidate and the removal of the stems caused injury to him (he was on his back for ages when removing the cells, which the vet should not have done), During the time of going to see the specialist the stems had already been sent to the lab and been configured, obviously there was a price to pay for this service which my original vet had arranged, I spoke to Jo and said that I would pay for the service but for the cells to be used on another dog whose owner may have financial difficulties as it would be pointless to use the cells on my little guy(as per the specialist), she was so lovely and said that I would not need to pay anything. I have not proof read this as it is still painful, so please forgive me for any errors. Amazing company and an amazing human being in Jo. Thank you
