Bought a vehicle which is under warranty and an air bag sensor on driver side is faulty told we would be waiting for the part. No problem my wife was told she could still use the car. Then advised of a reputable garage not to use it . Its been 12 weeks no part . Keep contacting robins and day again in Preston Lancashire and just keep getting fobbed of being told nothing we can do . Explained that my 4 years old daughter is disabled .. Worst car I have bought and worst dealer ship . If I could give zero I would

Been waiting 5 months for refund from Edgeware Branch even though we have had verbal a email assurances that paymen will be made and still.waiting. contacted HQ in Coventry but passed around at least 6 different people one who cut me off twice when on hold one who said they dont deal with Vauxhall and didnt know Peugeot bought them out 2 years ago and he was very ignorant. So it would be nice if someone from the senior management team could contact me or get this sorted otherwise it's court action and trading standards involvement

DON'T BUY A CITROEN YOU WILL WAIT WEEKS FOR ANY PARTS. I ordered a lock key for my wheels from Robins and Day before Christmas. I had had a puncture and could not get the wheel off. The garage told me the part should be ready in 9 working days. After 20 working days I urgently called because I needed to use the car to travel, STILL NO PART. I reluctantly had to pay another garage to take the lock nuts off so I could travel. The PART did not arrive till February 5th by which time I had no use for it. Robins and Day TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY for the part. I got fobbed off to their head office in Coventry, and they would also TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY. Its not our fault they say.. The only recourse now is to go via my Visa card and despute the payment made. CONCLUDE... DON'T BUY CITROEN. PS its pointless going through their system of complaint. They ought to rename their centre from "customer care" to " Pass the buck department". Brexit has now caused major problems for customers needing parts.
