They NEVER answer the phone... Needed to get through to them urgently for a few day already... They NEVER pick up

Excellent customer service 5* I would give it. I get my parcels from here and twice they have been incredibly helpful compared to other shops who were rude and couldnt wait to get you out the door. I would highly recommend this store and everyone is so polite and professional they care about their customers! Deserves more recognition would give it 10* if I could! love the store

Nisa Dougalls is a great local store where I can always find what I need , with a vast range of groceries and very helpfull and friendly staff . It s open early in the morning and closes late at night so very handy for community.
