I ordered a monitor from Ballicom with economy delivery (with 4-7 day guidance). It was delivered the next working day. Unfortunately it wasnt suitable for my needs, so I decided to return it. The return authorisation was processed very quickly. Unfortunately, Parcelforce damaged the packaging in return transit. Ballicom told me about this and provided photos. I asked them to check the monitor was undamaged, and within an hour they confirmed it was, before processing my refund. The service exceeded my expectations at every stage - thank you Ballicom.

I received confirmation that the two items I ordered had been dispatched on the same day. However, the next day I received the web camera only, believing that the monitor would be delivered the following day. Still waiting to receive the monitor (9/03/2023), I phoned customer service to be told that the monitor was on backorder! When ordering, your website did not say it was out of stock; I noticed today (9/03/2023) that it now says that. Why was I not told this immediately after the order was placed? I have carried out all the chasing of this order with NO input from ballicom whatsoever! I have just received (9/03/2023) your response regarding my telephone conversation, informing me that the monitor will be delivered on 28/03/2023! This is an appalling service from a company that says it can be trusted; this differs from what I paid for. Update: I still had to chase the progress of the order to get the monitor eventually delivered on 29/03/2023! Your company does not provide customer service and should be renamed customer dissatisfaction team. Your prices may be competitive, but you must back them up with excellent customer service and aftercare.

I purchased a premium mouse from them which became defective inside of the 12 month period. I sent them a polite email with a picture showing the issues and a copy of the invoice. The simply responded telling me to call microsoft and a number was provided. I called the number and it stated the issue had to be logged online, as I had not purchased the item from microsoft, i was unable to proceed further. I then emailed back to let them know that I could not use the number provided and they told me the line was working. Moral of the store buy from Microsoft if you want any aftersales support. Will now have to attempt a charge back via paypal and the credit card if required.

It arrived within two working days, much faster than the seven days guidance. Well packed, with service tag on it, so able to register the monitor with Dell very fast. Thank you.

First time ordering and can't fault them. Normally stick to the more commonly used companies for electronics but their price was by far the cheapest so thought I'd give it a go. Questions answered promptly before ordering, goods arrived quicker than expected and exactly as described - correct model, new, sealed box and working fine so far. The outer packaging was a bit torn but I suspect this was from the carrier.
