Greggs

Awful example of a Greggs. Waited ages in queue for breakfast only to be told there was none and to 'come back tomorrow'; as if that helped me! A simple sign or anything would have saved me the time and allowed me to go to another nearby Greggs, but I now had no time. This isn't the first time this store's customer service has been lacking, and I will desperately avoid this Greggs in future.

Going in at half 12 there wasn't much hot food to choose from. Loads of sausage rolls, thinking must be warm, they were luke warn at best. Clearly got a new start to serve me and called me over, then started to talk to someone else and ignore me a few secs. Asked for a sausage roll and 2 doughnuts. Someone else had to grab the sausage roll and doughnuts as the girl just stared at me. Handed her a Scottish note - since I'm Scottish - and well that was a massive mistake. Can I take this, she asked someone. That person went I need to ask my manager, who wasn't available so asked another member and the 3 of them just stared at it and spoke to each going I've never seen this before and 1 of lassie went is it Scottish money? - well it states it's Scottish on the note, so yes it is. The new girl then nearly gave us a wrong change when the girl (who grabbed our food) opened a new bag of coins and said 'geez, open your eyes sake' - I get it's frustrating but prob should make that loud enough for the customer to hear. Sausage roll - Luke warn. Doughnuts - nice and soft. Service - terrible. Choice of food - not a lot.
