Lost my phone in here in November everytime I rang them loads of times no answer and left them a voicemail to call me back and nothing but my phones active location was saying it was here the days I went down there it was closed in the day

Ordered two cooked breakfasts which took nearly 50 minutes to come, by which time it was almost cold, lukewarm at best; staff didn't seem to know whose order was whose and seemed incredibly disorganised. Not all staff were wearing masks properly either with not a single bottle of sanitiser anywhere so didn't feel like a safe environment. Safe to say that we won't be coming back until the service improves. There is also A LOT of fake reviews for this place.

Low bar, drinks were 50/50 the toilet attendant was a nightmare... wanted to constantly scam money each bathroom visit. Bar was to low. A nightmare really and staff were obnoxiouswith no experience. _____________________ update __________ So me and a few girls ventured back to this lil dungen of joy, and they have new staff new smart manager who not only helped us get a seat but made us feel welcome. Only issue was bar and toilets but one of the best nights we've had !
